Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Project Manager to coordinate residential interior projects, supervise site execution, manage resources, and ensure timely project completion while maintaining quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor day-to-day residential interior site activities.
- Ensure project execution as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
- Coordinate with interior designers, carpenters, installation teams, vendors, and site supervisors.
- Monitor project timelines, material requirements, and site progress.
- Conduct site measurements and verify execution requirements.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, and other service-related works.
- Maintain quality standards, safety practices, and site discipline.
- Update project status and report progress to senior management.




- Coordinate with clients to resolve site-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support project handover and timely completion of assigned projects.

Requirements
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 1–4 years in interior project execution or residential site management.
- Basic knowledge of interior drawings, BOQ, measurements, and site coordination.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet project deadlines.
- Willingness to travel between project sites as required.
