About the Company

DataShastra Technologies Private Limited builds technology-driven solutions, intelligent platforms, and SaaS products for the logistics industry. It is the new technology arm of Oorjaa, focused on monetizing our proprietary tech assets (TMS SaaS, Stocksense, Yeloplate).

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and analytical Junior Product Manager with 3–5 years of experience to drive product development, translate business requirements into product features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and manage product requirements, features, and roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and business requirements.
- Prepare Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Business, and Operations teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog based on business impact and customer needs.
- Coordinate product releases, testing, and deployment to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, user engagement metrics, and data analytics.
- Identify opportunities for product enhancements and continuous improvement.




- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Communicate product updates, priorities, and progress to relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Product Management, preferably in technology or SaaS-based companies.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Experience in writing PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools such as Jira or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools is an advantage.
