Job Summary

We are looking for a Junior MEP Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in building construction projects. The candidate will assist in supervising Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) installation activities, coordinating with site teams, reviewing drawings, and monitoring work progress to ensure smooth execution at the project site.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day MEP installation activities at the construction site.
- Coordinate electrical, plumbing, and other MEP works with ongoing civil construction activities.
- Read and understand MEP drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor installation work and ensure execution follows approved drawings and instructions.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other project team members.
- Monitor the availability and usage of materials required for MEP activities.
- Track daily work progress and report site issues to the concerned senior engineer or MEP Manager.




- Assist in resolving site-level coordination and installation issues.
- Support inspection and quality checks of ongoing MEP works.
- Maintain basic site records and progress updates as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–4 years of relevant experience in MEP works within building construction projects.
- Understanding of electrical, plumbing, and other MEP installation activities.
- Ability to read and interpret MEP drawings.
- Knowledge of site supervision and construction coordination.
- Ability to coordinate with contractors and other site teams.
- Positive communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work at the project site in Jaipur.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with hands-on experience in MEP installation and site supervision for multi-storey building construction projects will be preferred. The candidate should be comfortable coordinating with civil and MEP teams and reporting work progress to senior team members.
