Role Description The Junior Manager role at BETA is a full-time, on-site position based in Tiruvallur.

The Junior

Manager will assist in planning and coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring that product and project teams stay aligned with timelines, quality standards, and organizational goals. This role involves supporting senior managers with task tracking, preparing reports, facilitating team communication, and helping resolve routine issues that may affect delivery or performance.
