Role: Junior Finance & Payroll Management

Work Location: Coimbatore

Salary: Upto Rs.15000 per month.

We are looking for a Finance & Payroll Executive to manage payroll operations and support core finance activities. The role ensures accurate salary processing, statutory compliance, financial reconciliation, and reporting while coordinating with HR and internal stakeholders. This opportunity is ideal for freshers who are interested in building a career in finance, accounting, and payroll management.

Objectives of This Role

- Deliver error-free and timely payroll processing
- Maintain financial accuracy through reconciliations and record management
- Ensure full statutory compliance in payroll and finance operations
- Support audits, MIS reporting, and finance process improvements
- Collaborate with HR for smooth salary administration and employee query resolution

Responsibilities

Payroll Management

- Process monthly payroll
- Validate attendance, LOP, salary changes, overtime, bonuses, incentives
- Prepare and distribute salary slips, payroll registers, and MIS reports
- Handle full-and-final settlements, leave encashment, and paysheet adjustments
- Resolve employee payroll queries with data and clarity

Finance & Accounting Support

- Maintain accounting entries
- Perform bank reconciliation, expense validation, vendor payment support
- Track company expenses and assist in budget vs actual reports

Required Skills

- Hands-on payroll processing (end-to-end)
- Accounting fundamentals
- Solid proficiency in MS Excel (lookup formulas, pivot tables, payroll calculations)

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Finance/Accounting equivalent
- Preferably freshers
