About the Role

StrivEdge Technolabs is looking for a passionate and motivated Junior Full Stack AI Developer with knowledge of the MERN stack, React Native, and modern AI-powered development tools.

This role is ideal for freshers and developers with 0–1 year of experience who are enthusiastic about building web applications, mobile apps, and AI-powered solutions.

You will work on real-world projects, collaborate with experienced developers, and use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot to accelerate development, improve code quality, and build cutting-edge applications.

We are looking for someone who enjoys learning new technologies, solving problems, and turning ideas into working software.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Web Development

- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Build reusable, responsive, and user-friendly UI components.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs.
- Work with databases, authentication systems, and third-party services.
- Debug issues and optimize application performance.

1. Mobile App Development

- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Integrate REST APIs and third-party SDKs into mobile applications.
- Work with Firebase, push notifications, and mobile authentication.
- Test applications and resolve bugs across Android and iOS devices.

1. AI Development & AI-Assisted Coding

- Use AI development tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot, and similar platforms to improve development productivity.
- Assist in building AI-powered features using OpenAI APIs, Claude APIs, and other LLM-based services.
- Integrate AI capabilities such as chatbots, intelligent assistants, content generation, and automated workflows.
- Understand prompt engineering fundamentals and structured AI outputs.
- Use AI tools to generate, debug, refactor, and document code while validating the quality and correctness of the results.
- Learn to build AI-enabled applications using APIs, function calling,



and other relevant AI integration techniques.
- Follow best practices for API security, data privacy, and responsible AI usage.

1. Collaboration & Code Quality

- Collaborate with senior developers, UI/UX designers, and project managers.
- Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and project discussions.
- Maintain clean, reusable, scalable, and well-documented code.
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and team collaboration.
- Learn new frameworks, development tools, and emerging AI technologies.

Required Skills

- Basic to good understanding of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Knowledge of React.js and component-based development.
- Familiarity with Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.
- Basic understanding of React Native and mobile app development.
- Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design.
- Experience integrating REST APIs and working with JSON.
- Basic knowledge of Git and GitHub.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or GitHub Copilot.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, debugging, and problem-solving.
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn.

AI Development Skills Candidates interested in AI development should be eager to learn and work with:

- OpenAI API and Claude API integrations.
- Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI-powered application development.
- Prompt engineering and structured AI responses.
- AI chatbots and intelligent virtual assistants.
- AI-assisted coding, debugging, and code optimization.
- AI workflow automation and third-party AI service integrations.

Note: Candidates are not expected to have expertise in every AI technology. A strong interest in AI development, practical experimentation, and the ability to learn quickly are highly valued.

Preferred Qualifications

- 0–1 year of practical development experience, including internships or personal projects.




- Experience building at least one web or mobile application.
- Familiarity with Next.js and modern React development practices.
- Basic understanding of authentication, Firebase, and push notifications.
- Exposure to AI APIs or AI-powered applications.
- Familiarity with application deployment using platforms such as Vercel, Render, AWS, or DigitalOcean.
- Basic understanding of environment variables, API security, and deployment workflows.

Nice to Have
- Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, or modern frontend frameworks.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and application deployment.
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other database technologies.
- Experience building AI chatbots, AI agents, or automation tools.
- Understanding of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
- Experience with dealer portals, inventory management systems, CRM platforms, or business workflow applications.
- A GitHub portfolio showcasing personal projects or contributions.
