- JUNIOR ENGINEER (CIVIL)

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Civil | Exp: 15 yrs

Reports to: Site In-charge / Project Manager

Duties

- Monitor tiling – layout, line, level, slope, joints, hollowness check, grouting
- Monitor plastering – surface prep, chicken mesh, thickness, line-level-plumb, curing
- Check putty, painting, waterproofing, flooring, false ceiling as per drawings
- Do pre-work, in-process and final quality inspections with checklists
- Prepare snag lists and get defects closed
- Take measurements and verify subcontractor bills
- Control material and wastage (tiles, cement, chemicals)
- Submit daily progress report (DPR)
- SITE SUPERVISOR (FINISHING)

Qualification: ITI / Diploma Civil | Exp: 1–5 yrs

Reports to: Junior Engineer

Duties





- Supervise tile laying gangs – marking, levels, spacers, cutting, grouting, cleaning
- Tap-test tiles and get hollow tiles relaid
- Supervise plastering – wetting, mesh fixing, dots/screeds, finishing, curing
- Supervise putty, painting, waterproofing and flooring work
- Allocate labour daily and record attendance and output
- Issue material and control wastage
- Protect finished work and keep floors clean
- Ensure PPE and site safety
- Report daily progress and defects to the JERole & responsibilities
