Department: Quality

Unit Name / Location: Kusauto India Private Limited, Chennai.

- Ensure incoming, in-process, and final quality inspection of emission control systems
- Verify product compliance with customer specifications, engineering drawings, quality standards, and functional testing requirements.
- Monitor manufacturing processes and ensure adherence to control plans, SOPs, work instructions, and inspection standards.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions using 5 Why, 8D, and other quality tools.
- Handle customer complaints, supplier quality issues, non-conformities, and corrective action reports.
- Maintain quality documentation, including PFMEA, Control Plans, PPAP, SPC, MSA, and calibration records, as applicable.
- Support internal, customer,



and supplier audits while ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 requirements, where applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce rejection, rework, scrap, and customer PPM while improving product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 3–7 years of experience in Quality with automotive or manufacturing industry.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: Up to ₹320,000.00 per year
