Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to support architectural design, drafting, 3D visualisation, and project coordination. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of architectural drawings, space planning, façade design, and design software, with the ability to translate concepts into practical and aesthetically appealing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in developing architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed design drawings.
- Prepare 2D drawings, elevations, sections, and construction details using AutoCAD.
- Create 3D models and visualisations using relevant architectural design software.
- Support the design and detailing of metal façades, cladding, screens, and exterior systems.
- Coordinate with senior architects, designers, and project teams to understand project requirements.
- Assist in preparing material specifications, design presentations, and project documentation.
- Revise drawings and designs based on client feedback and internal design reviews.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, design standards, and execution requirements.
- Coordinate with site and execution teams to resolve design-related queries.
- Maintain organised design files, drawings,



and revision records.

Required Qualifications :

- Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in architectural design or a related field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD for architectural drafting and detailing.
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, 3ds Max, Lumion, or other 3D visualisation tools will be an advantage.
- Basic understanding of architectural drawings, elevations, sections, and construction details.
- Interest in façade design, exterior materials, and contemporary architectural solutions.
- Good communication, coordination, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Skills :

- Understanding of metal façade systems, cladding, and exterior finishes.
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and translate concepts into detailed designs.
- Strong visualisation skills and a creative approach to design.
- Ability to work collaboratively with design, sales, and project execution teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
