Business Development

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce our IT staff augmentation services.
- Identify potential customers and generate business leads.
- Communicate with professionals and business decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospective clients and assist in scheduling business meetings.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, and client interactions.

IT Talent Sourcing
- Search for IT professionals using LinkedIn, job portals, and other online platforms.
- Identify candidate profiles that match client requirements.
- Maintain an organized database of candidate profiles.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support candidate submissions and follow-ups.

Qualifications
- Recent graduate or fresher from any academic discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with recent people.
- Interest in sales, business development, recruitment, or technology services.
- Basic computer proficiency and online research skills.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage follow-ups.
