About the Role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our design team. You will support senior architects across projects, from concept development to construction documentation, while building hands-on experience in a collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing design concepts, layouts, and space planning
- Prepare accurate 2D drawings, working drawings, and construction documents using CAD software
- Create 3D models in SketchUp for design development and client presentations
- Produce high-quality renders and walkthroughs to communicate design intent
- Prepare presentation boards, drawing sets, and design documentation
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and assist in site documentation and coordination
- Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP,



interior) and incorporate their inputs into drawings
- Research materials, finishes, and building codes relevant to projects
- Maintain organized drawing records and revisions
- Incorporate feedback from senior team members and clients promptly

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution
- 0-2 years of professional experience (internship experience counts; freshers are welcome)
- COA registration (or eligibility) as applicable

Job Types: Full time, Fresher Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
