Junior Architect(Hyderabad) Experience: 23 Years (Minimum 2 Years Required)

Qualification: B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)

Preferred: Immediate joiners with construction industry experience

Roles & Responsibilities

- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections and detailed working drawings.
- Develop 2D layouts, 3D models and design presentations.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP and other consultants.
- Review architectural drawings and ensure accuracy before execution.
- Conduct site visits to monitor design implementation and resolve site-related issues.
- Assist in material selection, finishes and design detailing.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors and vendors.
- Prepare and update drawings based on project requirements and site conditions.




- Support senior architects in design development and project planning.
- Ensure timely completion of drawings and assigned design deliverables.

Skills Required

- Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Working knowledge of Revit, Lumion or other rendering software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural working drawings and construction detailing.
- Knowledge of residential building design and execution.
- Basic understanding of building regulations and approval drawings.
- Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to independently handle assigned design tasks.

Candidate Requirements

- Minimum 23 years of relevant architectural experience.
- Experience in residential apartments, villas or real estate projects preferred.
- Comfortable coordinating between office design teams and site execution teams.
- Detail-oriented with positive time management skills.
