Role Description – Junior Architect

- Assist in concept development and design across commercial, residential and corporate projects.
- Prepare architectural drawings, detail drawings, 3D models and design presentations.
- Coordinate with senior architects, consultants and project stakeholders.
- Support design documentation and project coordination.
- Participate in site visits and design reviews to ensure design intent is maintained.
- Follow applicable building regulations, quality standards and sustainable design principles.
- Stay updated on materials, technologies and emerging design trends.

Qualifications

- B.Arch degree from a reputed institution.




- 1–3 years of relevant experience in an architectural firm; motivated freshers with a robust design sensibility are also encouraged to apply.
- Strong foundation in architectural design, concept development and space planning.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and architectural visualization tools; familiarity with photoshop, illustrator and MS office.
- Understanding of construction materials, detailing and local building regulations.
- Ability to support project coordination, consultant liaison, documentation and design milestones.
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles and Indian building codes.
- Strong design sensibility, communication skills, and a willingness to learn.
