Key Responsibilites

- Set up and maintain cloud-based resources and access controls in Microsoft Azure, including managing groups, roles, and permissions.
- Assist in defining operational workflows and ensure proper execution of business requests or projects from start to finish.
- Track, monitor, and document tasks, configurations, and workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve operational or access-related issues, identifying root causes and coordinating with relevant teams for resolution.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to validate configurations, synchronize processes, and ensure seamless execution of operational activities.




- Maintain detailed logs, trackers, and documentation of operational processes to support auditing, reporting, and process improvement.

Support initiatives to enhance efficiency, automate repetitive tasks, and reduce manual errors in workflows

Skills and Qualification

- Bachelor of Science in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 1–3 years of professional experience; internships or academic projects relevant to operations, analytics, or cloud platforms are valued.
- Hands-On knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud concepts.
- Ability to set up and manage Azure Resource Groups and the resources within them.
- Ability to create, configure, and maintain Azure Active Directory (AAD) groups.
- Ability to manage Service Principals and associated access controls.
- Perform cost analysis on Azure resources and provide transparent reporting to management.

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with process documentation, workflow management, or ticketing systems.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities.
- Familiarity with cloud-based user or group management concepts is a plus.
