Junior Accounts & Internal Auditor

Experience: Fresher – 1 Year

Qualification: B.Com Graduate

Department: Finance & Accounts

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day accounting operations, including voucher entries, ledger maintenance, and record keeping.
- Assist in bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and verification of accounting records.
- Verify purchase invoices, sales invoices, expense bills, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Assist in conducting internal audits of financial transactions, expenses, purchases, sales, and inventory.
- Check stock records, material movements, and inventory reconciliation with books of accounts.
- Assist in verifying accounting entries and identifying discrepancies or errors in financial records.
- Support compliance activities related to GST, TDS, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain audit working papers, supporting documents, and accounting schedules.
- Assist in preparing internal audit reports and following up on audit observations.




- Coordinate with various departments to collect financial documents and audit-related information.
- Support senior team members in financial reporting, monthly closing, and audit assignments.
- Learn and follow accounting procedures, auditing practices, and internal control systems.

Required Skills:

- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Slight/basic knowledge of auditing and a willingness to learn internal audit procedures.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software.
- Good numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial records.
- Positive communication skills and a positive learning attitude.
- Willingness to learn new accounting processes, audit techniques, and statutory compliance requirements.
