Qualification: B.Com or equivalent accounting

Experience: 1–2 years in accounting (prior experience in a café, restaurant, hotel, or retail setup is Preferable)

Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Tally Prime, similar accounting software; working knowledge of MS Excel.

Domain Knowledge: Basic understanding of GST rates in F&B;, TDS rate and General Accounting Principles

Key Responsibility

- Daily Sales & Purchase Entry: Record daily POS sales reports, cash/UPI/card collections, and vendor purchase invoices accurately.
- Stock & Inventory Transfers:



Process internal store-to-kitchen and multi-branch stock transfer entries; reconcile stock adjustments.
- Journal Entries (JVs): Pass necessary adjustment entries for prepaid expenses, accruals, petty cash expenses, and vendor discounts.
- Bank & Cash Reconciliation: Reconcile daily cash counter balances and bank statements with accounting records.
- GST & Tax Compliance: Maintain structured invoice data to assist the senior accountant or auditor in filing monthly GST and TDS returns.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
