Job Summary A manufacturing company is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, billing, financial records, and documentation while supporting smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily accounting entries and maintain financial records.
- Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit/credit notes, and accounting vouchers.
- Maintain customer and vendor ledgers and track outstanding payments.
- Assist with bank reconciliation, accounts payable/receivable, and GST documentation.
- Maintain financial documents for audits and internal reporting.




- Coordinate with sales, purchase, stores, and dispatch teams for billing and documentation.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, ledger maintenance, and invoicing.
- Basic knowledge of GST compliance and documentation.
- Good numerical accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.
