Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. This role involves supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various business and operational functions. The Jr.

Executive will coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines, and assist in drafting job descriptions and posting vacancies across relevant platforms. The role includes maintaining accurate recruitment records, supporting employer branding initiatives,



and collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements and staffing priorities. The Jr.

Talent Acquisition

Executive will also help improve recruitment processes and contribute to a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Recruiting and Hiring skills, including experience with candidate sourcing and selection.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess abilities in Employer Branding to support the company’s presence on job portals and social media.
- Candidates should possess exposure to IT Recruitment or an interest in learning technology-focused hiring practices.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple recruitment tasks simultaneously.
- Comfort working with applicant tracking systems, HR databases, and MS Office tools.
- Prior internship or junior-level experience in recruitment or HR is an advantage.
