Location: Vidyavihar East, Mumbai (5-minute walk from the station)

Working Days: Alternate Saturdays off & working Saturdays are WFH

Job Responsibilities (Recruitment Executive for Non-Tech hiring)

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-IT positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, references and other platforms.
- Screen, interview and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate follow-ups.
- Handle salary negotiations and offer closures.
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and databases.

Requirements





- Experience/ Understanding in recruitment, staffing or consultancy hiring.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
