Electrical Maintenance

- Perform electrical maintenance of all machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Possess hands-on expertise in CNC machine controllers, specifically Fanuc and

Siemens systems.

- Demonstrate strong working knowledge of PLC-controlled machines, especially Mitsubishi and Siemens platforms.
- Diagnoses and troubleshoot electrical faults and malfunctions in equipment.
- Plan and implement electrical improvement projects, equipment upgrades, and new installations.
- Conduct routine maintenance of plant utilities and production equipment.
- Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Continuously work to enhance equipment uptime and overall plant reliability.
- Analyze machine downtime and breakdown trends; identify root causes and implement countermeasures (e.g., Kaizen activities).
- Initiate and manage timely upgrades of equipment for improved efficiency and reliability.
- Drive initiatives to reduce MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and enhance MTBF (Mean Time

Between Failures).

- Oversee machinery relocation and the installation of new production lines or equipment.
- Manage spare parts planning, procurement, and inventory control effectively.




- Provide periodic assessments to management on the health and condition of machines/process equipment for capital planning and replacement strategies.
- Actively participate in and support Cross-Functional Team (CFT) initiatives related to plant operations.
- Lead and mentor a skilled technical team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate utility interruptions and ensure operational continuity.
- Support the execution of recent engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Utilize maintenance management systems such as SAP for maintenance tracking and planning.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets and contribute to Repair & Maintenance

(R&M;) cost optimization.

- Drive cost-reduction strategies related to maintenance and energy consumption.
- Identify and eliminate unsafe conditions and practices in accordance with safety regulations.
- Ensure compliance with QMS (Quality Management System) and EMS (Environmental

Management System) standards.

- Implement and maintain structured preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
