About The Opportunity

- Küche7 Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Jr. PPC Engineer to support the Production Planning &
- Control department in Bhiwandi, Maharashtra. The role is critical for ensuring accurate material planning, production scheduling, and timely order fulfillment in a manufacturing environment.

Role &
- Responsibilities

- Prepare and verify BOM (Bill of Materials) and BOQ (Bill of Quantities) as per approved drawings and customer orders.
- Prepare daily and weekly production plans and schedules.
- Calculate material requirements and coordinate with Purchase and Stores for material availability.
- Track production progress, work-in-progress (WIP), and pending orders.
- Coordinate with R&D;, Production, QC, Purchase, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
- Monitor production targets and ensure timely order completion.
- Identify material shortages and production delays and report them to the reporting manager.
- Maintain production reports, material planning sheets, and order tracking MIS in Excel/ERP.
- Monitor material consumption and wastage.
- Support process improvement and reduction of production delays.

Skills &

- Qualifications

Must-Have





- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 0–2 years of experience; freshers with relevant knowledge may apply.
- Basic knowledge of BOM, BOQ, MRP, and production planning.
- Understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Solid coordination, analytical, and follow-up skills.

Preferred

- Knowledge of sheet metal or stainless steel manufacturing.
- Candidates from Bhiwandi, Kalyan, Dombivli, Thane, and nearby areas preferred.
