Hiring: Junior Recruiter (Fresher)

Shift: Day Shift

Working Days: Monday to Friday (Weekend Off)

Job Responsibilities:

-Source candidates through job portals and social media.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Schedule interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate with the hiring team throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates and maintain regular communication.
- Update candidate records and recruitment reports.

Requirements:

- Freshers are welcome.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic MS Office knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Team player.
