What We’re Looking For is 2+ years of experience in graphic design or visual design

•Strong understanding of design fundamentals (layout, typography, color)

- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Figma
- Ability to translate ideas into clear visual stories
- Attention to detail and consistency
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative setting
- Open to feedback and iterative design processes Nice to Have
- Experience designing for startups, B2B, or digital-first brands
- Basic understanding of social media and digital marketing design
- Motion graphics or video-editing skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)
