Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Junior Accountant with 3–7 years of relevant experience in the civil construction or real estate industry. The candidate must have practical knowledge of construction accounting, GST compliance, TDS, and day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments.

- Maintain ledgers, cash books, bank books, and bank reconciliation statements.

- Manage GST returns, including GSTR-1, GSTR-2B reconciliation, and GSTR-3B.

- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing coordination.

- Maintain vendor bills, subcontractor payments, and site-related expenses.

- Assist with project-wise accounting, cost tracking, and expense monitoring.

- Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.

- Assist in monthly closing, account finalisation, and preparation of financial reports.

- Coordinate with site teams, vendors, and management for accounting-related matters.





- Work on Tally / ERP and MS Excel for accounting and reporting.

Required Skills

- Robust knowledge of accounting principles and GST compliance.

- Hands-on experience in Tally / ERP and MS Excel.

- Knowledge of TDS, bank reconciliation, and ledger scrutiny.

- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.

Eligibility Criteria

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.

- 3–7 years of accounting experience.

- Mandatory: Previous experience in the civil construction, builder, or real estate industry. Candidates from other industries will not be preferred.

- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
