- Lead MES implementation, upgrade, and support projects using Camstar MES and/or Critical Manufacturing MES.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable MES solutions for high-speed manufacturing environments.
- Configure and customize MES functionalities including Production Management, Quality, Genealogy & Traceability, Workflow, SPC, and Electronic Work Instructions.
- Integrate MES with SAP ERP, Oracle ERP, PLM, Automation Systems, SCADA, PLCs, and Historians.
- Support solution design, testing, deployment, go-live, and hypercare activities.
- Drive manufacturing digitization initiatives aligned with Industry 4.0 and Smart Factory objectives.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing Excellence, and IT teams.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and KPIs to improve operational visibility and performance.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, traceability, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide technical leadership and mentor junior consultants and developers.

Candidate profile: 13 to 25 years of experience in MES/Manufacturing IT.





Hands-on experience with Siemens Camstar and/or Critical Manufacturing MES.

Robust understanding of Life Sciences manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements.

Experience with MES integrations, SQL, APIs, and manufacturing data management.

Familiarity with validation methodologies (CSV), GAMP5, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, and GMP environments.

Knowledge of ISA-95 and Industry 4.0 concepts.
