intrapreneurship and innovation.Job Purpose:Plan and control overall plant operations so as to ensure optimum production at desired quality level within the targeted budget.Principal Duties, Responsibilities &
- Accountabilities:1. Planning Drive the annual manufacturing budget based on market requirement. Estimate, negotiate and agree on budgets and timescales with clients and managers. Adhere to annual and monthly budget & cost monitoring, statutory Compliances2. Execution Ensure production as per standard cycle time and monitor operator efficiency for (machine shop and assembly Work out and implement standard operating procedures for production operations. Control all losses and monitor OEE /OLE machine shop & assembly Coordinate with PPC & stores for availability of raw material for production. Ensure achievement of production targets and achieve the same within time and cost parameters. Develop recent process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and develop guidelines for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor.3.
