: Jewellery Store Manager

Job Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–5 Years Qualification: Any Degree (Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily jewellery store operations.
- Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets.
- Handle customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain jewellery stock, billing, and inventory records.
- Ensure proper display and security of gold and diamond jewellery.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare daily sales reports.
- Handle staff scheduling and store discipline.

Required Skills
- Experience in jewellery retail sales and store management.
- Positive communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery products.
- Customer handling and team management skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
