Job Summary

Divya Creations, a manufacturer and exporter of gold and diamond jewellery, is looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Jewellery Lab QC Executive to join our Quality Control team. The candidate will be responsible for laboratory testing, quality inspection, material verification, and maintaining quality standards for gold jewellery and related materials.

The ideal candidate should have a scientific approach, valuable observation skills, and the ability to follow laboratory procedures and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct quality checks and laboratory testing of gold jewellery and related materials.
- Assist in testing and verification of gold purity and fineness using available laboratory equipment and approved methods.
- Inspect jewellery samples and identify quality issues, material discrepancies, and deviations from specifications.
- Maintain accurate records of laboratory test results, observations, and quality reports.
- Verify material samples and coordinate with the production and quality teams regarding test results.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory testing and quality control.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and maintenance of laboratory equipment and testing materials.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness, safety standards, and chemical handling procedures.
- Report non-conformities and assist in corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Support internal quality audits and maintain relevant documentation.
- Coordinate with production, finishing, and other departments to ensure consistent product quality.

Required Qualifications




- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, or a related science discipline.
- Basic understanding of laboratory testing methods and quality control procedures.
- Knowledge of gold purity testing, jewellery quality inspection, or precious metal testing will be an advantage.
- Freshers with a strong interest in laboratory work are welcome to apply.
- Good observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and report preparation.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and follow standard procedures.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of gold jewellery manufacturing and quality standards.
- Familiarity with laboratory instruments and chemical testing procedures.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in test results.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Responsible attitude toward laboratory safety and confidentiality.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per month
