Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and maintaining scalable, high-performance applications while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems.
- Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Implement application business logic, reusable components, and efficient data processing.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and code quality.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across the full technology stack.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and application enhancements.
- Follow coding standards, development best practices, and version control processes.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical decisions and solution design.

Required Skills and Qualifications




- 10+ years of professional experience in software development, with robust full-stack development expertise.
- Strong proficiency in Java and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and developing enterprise-grade applications.
- Strong experience in designing and developing REST APIs and system integrations.
- Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for front-end development.
- Understanding of application architecture, design patterns, and secure coding practices.
- Experience in debugging, performance tuning, and application maintenance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as Angular or React.
- Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases.
- Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud-based application development.
- Experience with Git, build tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience in technical mentoring and solution design.
