About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Architect to lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-scale applications and cloud-native platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in solution architecture, Java ecosystem technologies, React.js, event-driven architecture, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices.

What You'll Do:

- Lead architecture and solution design discussions for enterprise application development initiatives.
- Define scalable, secure, and maintainable application architectures aligned with business objectives.
- Design and develop cloud-native applications using modern frameworks and architectural patterns.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
- Design and implement Microservices-based solutions and distributed system architectures.
- Architect and implement event-driven solutions using Kafka, Axon Framework, CQRS, and Event Sourcing patterns.
- Define enterprise integration strategies, API architectures,



and service communication frameworks.
- Drive architecture governance, technology standards, and engineering best practices.
- Lead technical reviews, architecture assessments, and code quality initiatives.
- Establish CI/CD strategies and promote DevOps and automation best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Support performance tuning, scalability improvements, and application modernization initiatives.
- Provide architectural guidance during production incidents and complex troubleshooting scenarios.
- Mentor and coach engineering teams on architecture principles, coding standards, and modern development practices.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and productivity accelerators.
- Promote continuous improvement, innovation, and operational excellence across engineering teams.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 10-15 years of experience in software engineering, solution architecture, and enterprise application development.
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, application design patterns, and distributed systems.
- Extensive hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and enterprise Java technologies.
- Strong front-end development experience with React.js.
- Experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures.
- Deep expertise in Kafka and event-driven architecture patterns.
- Strong experience with Axon Framework, CQRS, and Event Sourcing principles.
- Experience designing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of API design, enterprise integrations, and service-oriented architectures.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure,



or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience implementing cloud-native architectures and containerized deployments.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and deployment automation.
- Experience supporting enterprise production environments and mission-critical applications.
- Expertise in application performance tuning, observability, and resiliency engineering.
- Robust experience working with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and enterprise database solutions.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, and modern developer productivity platforms.
- Exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to mentor teams and influence technical decision-making across organizations.
