We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with robust expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance &

- Operations who uses AI as a core part of their workflow.

- Requirements & design : Use AI to turn workshop notes, transcripts, and process documents into structured requirements, fit-gap analysis, and draft solution designs.
- Documentation & training : Generate first drafts of FDDs, test scripts, user manuals, and training material with AI.
- Testing automation : Automate regression and UAT preparation with RSAT and AI-generated test cases.
- Light development with AI : Use AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) to build or modify X++ extensions, data entities, and reports.
- Git-based delivery : Commit and review changes through a Git repo (Azure DevOps or GitHub).
- Copilot & agents : Apply D365 Copilot capabilities, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio agents.

Roles &

- Responsibilities

- Understand business requirements across Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Operations.
- Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis,



and solution design.
- Configure D365 F&O; modules : General Ledger, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Budgeting, Cash &
- Bank, Inventory, Procurement, Sales &
- Marketing.
- Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), test scripts, and user manuals.
- Lead client workshops, UAT, and user training sessions.
- Build and modify solutions in X++ using the Extensions model, Data Entities, workflows, and SSRS reports.
- Manage work in Git : branches, pull requests, and automated build and deployment pipelines.
- Integrate D365 F&O; with third-party applications using APIs, Logic Apps, Power Platform, and Azure.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of experience in Dynamics 365 Finance &
- Operations.
- Minimum 2 full lifecycle implementations of D365 F&O.;
- Expertise in X++, C#, .NET, and SQL; working knowledge of LCS, Azure DevOps or GitHub, and RSAT.
- Proven hands-on use of AI tools for functional and technical work.
- Working knowledge of Git workflows and CI/CD concepts.
