We are looking for a confident and proactive Telecaller with good communication skills in Kannada and English to connect with candidates/customers, provide relevant information, and manage follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls and communicate information clearly.
- Handle incoming queries and provide appropriate responses.
- Follow up with leads and maintain call records.
- Update calling status and maintain accurate data.
- Coordinate with the internal team for further follow-ups.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of telecalling experience.
- Good communication skills in Kannada and English.
- Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
- Valuable interpersonal skills and a target-oriented approach.
