DR Aravind IVF Hospital is looking for a patient-focused and organized IVF Couple Care Coordinator to support couples throughout their fertility treatment journey. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to coordinate effectively with patients and the medical team.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Guide couples through the IVF treatment process and explain the different stages in simple terms.
- Coordinate patient appointments, consultations, and follow-up visits.
- Communicate treatment-related information provided by the medical team.
- Maintain regular communication with couples and address their non-medical queries.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other hospital departments for smooth patient care.
- Assist couples with appointment schedules, investigations, and treatment-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring confidentiality.




- Follow up with patients regarding scheduled visits and pending appointments.
- Provide compassionate support to couples throughout their treatment journey.
- Ensure a positive patient experience through timely communication and professional coordination.

Eligibility and Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in patient coordination, healthcare, counselling, or a similar role.
- Experience in IVF, fertility care, or a hospital workplace will be an advantage.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and a patient-friendly approach.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
