- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions for their staffing needs.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to fill them through effective leadership hiring practices.

- Conduct interviews, assessments, and reference checks to ensure candidate quality before making recommendations.

Job Requirements :

- 3-11 years of experience in IT recruitment or technical recruitment.

- Proven track record in lead generation, lead management, and client relationship building.

- Solid understanding of IT hiring processes, including technical skills assessments and interview techniques.
