- End-to-end IT recruitment across technologies and seniority levels
- Sourcing candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and references
- Screening and coordinating interviews with clients
- Managing candidate engagement and offer follow-ups
- Working closely with hiring managers and clients for closure requirements
- Maintaining recruitment trackers and pipeline management

Desired Skills

- Experience in IT recruitment / technical hiring
- Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills
- Positive communication and negotiation abilities
- Experience working on niche technology requirements is preferred
