Job Title: IT Recruiter / Technical Recruiter

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented IT Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions. The ideal candidate should have experience in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating technical interviews, negotiating salary packages, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions.
- Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate technical assessments, interview schedules, and follow-ups with candidates and technical leads.
- Conduct initial HR screening to assess candidates’ skills, experience, availability, and salary expectations.




- Coordinate with hiring managers and technical teams to understand recruitment requirements.
- Discuss salary expectations, negotiate offers, and support the offer release process.
- Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily hiring reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates to ensure timely joining.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Previous experience in IT recruitment or technical hiring is preferred.
- Good understanding of IT roles, technical skills, and recruitment processes.

Working Conditions
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday & Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
