Key Responsibilities

- Source IT profiles based on the given job requirements.
- Search for suitable candidates using Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Identify candidates matching the required technical skills, experience, and notice period.
- Screen resumes for relevance to the .
- Share shortlisted profiles with the recruitment team within the stipulated timelines.
- Maintain candidate sourcing trackers and provide regular sourcing updates.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment sourcing.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Basic understanding of IT skills and technical job descriptions.
- Robust sourcing, resume-matching, and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.

Preferred: Candidates based in Chennai who are available to join immediately or within a short notice period.
