You will NOT be writing code, designing, testing or working on development projects. This role is 100% business development: finding companies in the US and other international markets and selling our software, app and AI development services to them through cold email and LinkedIn outreach.

We are looking for an experienced IT Sales Specialist with strong expertise in outbound sales, lead generation and sales pipeline management. You will identify potential clients, build targeted prospect lists, create personalised outreach campaigns and turn prospects into qualified opportunities.

This role suits someone who understands global IT markets and can independently plan, execute and optimise outbound sales strategies. Market: USA and other international markets.

Responsibilities





- Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to generate qualified leads for IT services
- Research US and international markets, identify potential clients and analyse competitors
- Build targeted prospect lists using data mining, scraping and lead generation platforms
- Plan, run and optimise cold email campaigns using automation and outreach tools
- Write personalised cold emails and LinkedIn messages tailored to each prospect
- Manage outreach inboxes, handle replies and follow up to qualify opportunities
- Track campaign performance and improve messaging, targeting and conversion

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in IT sales, outbound sales or B2B lead generation
- At least 12 months of hands-on experience targeting the US or other international markets
- Excellent written English, able to write personalised sales emails and LinkedIn messages
- Hands-on with email campaign tools, sales automation platforms and CRM systems
- Comfortable working Indian night shifts to align with US business hours

Salary: Rs 25,000 to Rs 30,000 per month, plus 10% incentive on the sales you close. Remote working, flexible schedule aligned with international markets. For the right candidate, we are open to paying above this range.
