Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter with 1+ years of hands-on experience in US IT staffing and recruitment. Candidates should have strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end US IT recruitment for technical positions.
- Source candidates through Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Recruit for Java, .NET, Python, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineering, QA, and other IT technologies.
- Screen candidates and submit qualified profiles to clients.
- Work on W2, C2C, and C2H requirements.
- Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, rate negotiations, and placements.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience in US IT recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of US IT staffing processes.
- Valuable sourcing, screening, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.
- Willingness to work night shifts from our Tolichowki, Hyderabad office.
