Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on IT Manager to manage the company's complete IT infrastructure, digital platforms, data security, software systems, and online presence. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations while continuously improving the company's website, LinkedIn page, and digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Digital Platform Management

- Manage and maintain the company website, domain, hosting, SSL certificates, and DNS configurations.
- Update website content, banners, images, company achievements, events, awards, recognitions, and announcements as required.
- Improve website design, layout, navigation, functionality, and overall user experience.
- Maintain company profile pages, service pages, career pages, and other website sections.
- Monitor website performance, mobile responsiveness, broken links, and basic SEO.

2. Company LinkedIn Page Management

- Maintain and regularly update the company's official LinkedIn page.
- Publish company updates related to events, achievements, recognitions, milestones, and corporate announcements.
- Coordinate with management and relevant departments to collect content, photographs, and event details.
- Ensure consistent company branding and accurate information across digital platforms.

3. Email & Mail Server Management

- Manage company email accounts, email hosting, and mail server configurations.
- Troubleshoot email delivery, configuration, and access-related issues.
- Administer platforms such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or equivalent business email systems.

4. Data Security & Backup Management

- Ensure the security, confidentiality, and controlled access of company data.
- Manage data backups, recovery procedures, antivirus, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
- Implement access controls, password policies,



and data protection practices.
- Monitor potential security risks and maintain disaster recovery procedures.

5. Software & IT Systems Management

- Install, configure, update, and troubleshoot business software and applications.
- Manage software licenses, subscriptions, and renewals.
- Provide technical support for computers, laptops, professional workstations, printers, and office equipment.
- Ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems across all departments.

6. Networking & IT Infrastructure

- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and network connectivity.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system performance issues.
- Maintain IT asset inventories and ensure proper utilization of company equipment.

7. IT Support & Vendor Coordination

- Provide technical support to employees and resolve day-to-day IT issues.
- Coordinate with website developers, hosting providers, software vendors, and other IT service providers.
- Recommend and implement suitable technology solutions to improve operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT administration, infrastructure, or systems management.
- Practical knowledge of website management, domain hosting, and content management systems (CMS).
- Experience managing LinkedIn company pages and corporate digital updates.
- Knowledge of email hosting, networking, data security, and backup systems.
- Robust troubleshooting skills for Windows systems, business software, and professional workstations.
- Ability to independently manage the company's overall IT operations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

The candidate should be a hands-on, technically sound professional who can independently manage the company's IT infrastructure, website, LinkedIn page, data security, software systems, and digital platforms. Job Location: Site 5, Kasna, Greater Noida
