Purpose:

We are looking for candidates who personally own and operate IT not candidates who manage vendors and teams who do it. This role has no IT team below it. The person hired must be able to configure a firewall, administer Workspace, implement an ERP, write a policy, and triage a crisis all themselves sitting in Kolkata H.O. and handling multiple sites.

What You'll Do:

Business Process Mapping & ERP Implementation

- Understand workflows across operations, HR, finance, procurement, maintenance, and projects translate business requirements into system design
- Lead ERP selection, configuration, testing, and rollout Odoo, Zoho, or equivalent with full accountability for go-live and adoption
- Build BRDs across all functions map current state, define future state, get sign-off before any configuration begins

System Integration, Control & Adoption

- Ensure smooth ERP implementation — data migration, process controls, approvals, and integrations across all functions
- Drive usage discipline and reduce manual dependency — the job is not done until the system runs the business
- Work directly with functional teams to resolve exceptions, close gaps, and embed recent processes into daily operations,

Technology Improvement & IT Governance

- Continuously improve systems and identify automation opportunities — keep the technology stack ahead of business growth
- Manage IT infrastructure, vendors, and licenses — with full accountability for cost, security, and performance
- Own data governance, access controls, documentation,



and long-term system reliability across the organisation

Requirements:

- 10+ years in IT — with hands-on ERP implementation experience across Odoo, Zoho, SAP B1, or equivalent
- Has mapped business processes and converted them into system design — not just configured a pre-set template
- Driven cross-functional ERP adoption in ops-heavy environments — operations, finance, procurement, HR all on one system
- Managed IT infrastructure, vendors, and security end to end — not just the software layer
- Comfortable working directly with CEO and functional heads — can translate business problems into technology solutions without hand-holding

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
