Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Executive to manage day-to-day IT operations at our Mumbai Head Office. The candidate should have hands-on experience in hardware and software troubleshooting, networking, user support, system administration, and IT security, ensuring smooth IT infrastructure and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Manage LAN, Wi-Fi, internet connectivity, routers, switches, and other network devices.
- Handle user account creation, email configuration, password resets, and access management.
- Install, configure, and maintain antivirus and endpoint security solutions.
- Monitor system performance and resolve hardware/software issues promptly.
- Coordinate with IT vendors for equipment procurement, AMC, repairs, and service support.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, software licenses,



and related documentation.
- Perform data backup and recovery activities.
- Ensure adherence to IT security policies and best practices.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Active Directory.
- Hands-on knowledge of networking concepts including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routers, switches, and Wi-Fi.
- Good experience in desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity and endpoint protection.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and user-support skills.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant IT support/infrastructure experience.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, Microsoft 365, or CompTIA A+ will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
