The role will provide hands-on support for desktops, laptops, LAN, Wi-Fi, hardware, software, HD/AV systems and other IT equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software and connectivity issues.

• Install, configure and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, Windows OS, MS Office and peripherals.

• Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, TCP/IP, DHCP and basic network connectivity issues.

• Support HD/AV systems, projectors, displays and video-conferencing equipment.

• Assist in basic IT infrastructure planning and setup for users/departments.

• Maintain IT assets, inventory,



issue logs and maintenance records.

• Coordinate with vendors, ISPs and service providers for repairs and technical issues.

• Perform regular system updates, preventive maintenance and basic IT security activities.

• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations and timely resolution of user issues.

Qualification: Diploma in IT / Computer Science / Hardware & Networking or related field.

Experience: 2–3 years in IT Support / Desktop Support / Hardware & Networking.

Added Advantage: CCNA certification, CompTIA A or equivalent certification.
