Role & responsibilities

Job Requirements

- Candidate must have 10+ years of experience in Medical Coding.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in CDI (Clinical Documentation Improvement).

- Strong knowledge of IPDRG and inpatient coding.

- Good understanding of ICD-10-CM/PCS.

- Candidates with a medical/clinical background and IPDRG experience will be preferred.

- Should have good knowledge of medical terminology and clinical documentation.

- Positive communication and analytical skills.

- Experience in chart review, documentation queries, and DRG validation will be an added advantage.
