Key Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound calls to US-based investors, family offices, financial institutions, and other relevant prospects.

- Introduce the company and its investment offerings using approved scripts and communication guidelines.

- Qualify prospects by understanding their interests, requirements, investment capacity or size, and expected timeline.

- Schedule meetings and follow-up calls between qualified prospects and the founder or senior team.

- Follow up with prospects through calls and emails to maintain engagement and improve meeting conversion.

- Maintain accurate lead records, call notes, follow-up schedules, and pipeline updates in the CRM.

- Share prospect questions, objections, and market feedback with the relevant internal team.

- Handle initial objections professionally and route detailed investment-related queries to the appropriate team.

- Coordinate smooth handovers of qualified prospects and follow all approved outreach and compliance processes.

Experience & Qualifications





- 3–8 years of experience in Business Development, Inside Sales, Investor Relations, Investment Sales, or a related field.

- Experience communicating with US-based customers or prospects is strongly preferred; ideally at least one year of US-market exposure.

- Experience in financial services, investment firms, wealth management, capital markets, private equity, pre-IPO investments, or fundraising is an advantage.

- Candidates with solid international B2B outbound sales experience, including B2B SaaS or consultative sales, may also be considered.

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; an MBA in Finance or a finance-related background is preferred.

- Strong spoken and written English, confident telephone communication, and the ability to engage professionally with senior decision-makers.

- Good lead-qualification, follow-up, objection-handling, organization, and relationship-building skills.
