Job Purpose To maintain accurate inventory records, ensure timely stock movement, support stock verification processes, and assist in maintaining optimum inventory levels to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Inventory Operations

- Record all inventory transactions accurately in the ERP/software system.
- Monitor stock receipts, issues, returns, and transfers.
- Ensure proper storage and identification of inventory items.
- Maintain stock registers and inventory documentation.

1. Goods Receiving & Dispatch

- Verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
- Coordinate material issuance as per approved requisitions.
- Ensure proper documentation of inward and outward stock movement.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and dispatch processes.

1. Stock Verification

- Conduct daily stock checks and cycle counts.
- Participate in monthly and annual physical stock audits.
- Identify and report inventory discrepancies.
- Assist in reconciliation of physical stock with system records.

1. Inventory Reporting

- Prepare daily stock reports.
- Track rapid-moving, slow-moving, and dead stock items.
- Update inventory status reports for management review.




- Maintain records of damaged, expired, or obsolete inventory.

1. System & Data Management

- Update inventory software/ERP on a real-time basis.
- Ensure accuracy of stock master data.
- Generate inventory reports as required.
- Maintain inventory-related records and files.

1. Coordination

- Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Sales, and Operations teams.
- Follow up on pending receipts and stock transfers.
- Support inventory planning and replenishment activities.
- Assist management in inventory-related projects and audits.

1. Compliance & Safety

- Follow company inventory SOPs and policies.
- Maintain audit-ready inventory records.
- Ensure safe storage and handling of goods.
- Support internal and external audits.
