Role Description The Inventory Management MIS role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ambattur. The role involves monitoring daily inventory levels across outlets, updating MIS reports, and ensuring accurate recording of stock movement, purchases, and consumption. The individual will analyze inventory data to identify variances, trends, and potential stock issues, and coordinate with store, production, and procurement teams to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize wastage.

The role includes maintaining materials records, preparing periodic inventory summaries and dashboards for management, and supporting audits and reconciliations. This position requires attention to detail,



timely reporting, and active collaboration with internal stakeholders to support smooth restaurant operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Inventory Management and Inventory Control skills to track, reconcile, and optimize stock levels.
- Candidates should possess solid Materials Management skills to handle stock movement, documentation, and coordination with stores and procurement.
- Candidates should possess good Analytical Skills to interpret MIS reports, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to work closely with outlet managers, warehouse staff, and management.
- Relevant experience in inventory or MIS roles in FMCG, retail, food service, or manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Working knowledge of Excel or other reporting tools; familiarity with ERP or inventory software is an advantage.
- Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Ambattur, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.
