Role Description This Internship Trainee role is a remote, project-based chance designed to help emerging professionals gain hands-on experience in a talent-focused organization. Day-to-day tasks may include assisting with research, data collection, and documentation to support talent verification processes; helping coordinate communication with learners, partners, or internal teams; and contributing to the creation, review, or testing of learning materials, assessments, or workflows.

The trainee will participate in virtual meetings, maintain organized records of activities,



and complete assignments within set timelines. This internship role emphasizes learning, mentorship, and professional development, offering exposure to real-world projects while supporting Venura Talent Engines’ mission.

Qualifications

- Ability to conduct basic research, analyze information, and document findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfort working with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., video conferencing, shared documents, project management tools).
- Organizational and time-management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
