Role Description This is a full-time, on-site International Sales role based in Gurgaon, OH.

The International

Sales skilled will manage and grow global accounts, identify recent market opportunities, and support distributors and partners in assigned regions. Day-to-day responsibilities include handling inquiries from international customers, preparing quotations and proposals, coordinating order processing with internal teams, and ensuring timely shipment and documentation. The role involves maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting market research, participating in trade shows or industry events as needed, and collaborating closely with production, logistics, and finance to meet customer requirements. The individual will be expected to achieve sales targets,



provide regular reports on market trends and competitor activity, and contribute to continuous improvement of the international sales process.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong International Sales skills, with experience in developing and managing global customer accounts.
- Candidates should possess solid International Trade and International Business skills, including familiarity with export documentation, incoterms, pricing, and global market dynamics.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships with international partners.
- Relevant experience in medical devices, healthcare products, or glove manufacturing is beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams, strong negotiation abilities, and proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required and capability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
