Work Mode: Work from Office THE ROLE:

We are looking for a result oriented International Sales Manager with hands on B2B export sales experience, preferably in plastic granules, polymers or related industrial raw materials.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding overseas markets, acquiring international customers and driving export business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify and develop new international markets for plastic granules and polymer raw materials.
- Generate leads and acquire overseas buyers, importers, distributors and industrial customers.
- Manage the complete export sales cycle from enquiries and quotations to negotiations, order closures and repeat business.
- Generate business through international B2B portals, LinkedIn, direct outreach and industry networks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with international customers.
- Handle export pricing, commercial negotiations, payment terms and customer follow ups.
- Coordinate with production, logistics and documentation teams for timely order execution.
- Monitor international market trends, competitor pricing and recent business opportunities.

WHO SHOULD APPLY:





- 3 to 5 years of hands on B2B International Sales or Export Sales experience.
- Proven experience in international client acquisition and export order closures.
- Preference for candidates from plastic granules, polymers, plastic resins or related industrial raw materials.
- Basic knowledge of Incoterms, export procedures, international shipping and payment terms.
- Strong English communication, negotiation and business development skills.
- Proactive, target oriented and capable of independently developing overseas business.
